Create groups in Defender for Business

Hello, we avaluate Defender for Business. I have 3 Windows 10 clients onboarded via script provided by DfB. So now when I try to create a new Device group while creating a new policy there are no devices available. The onboarded devices are no Azure AD devices. Is that the reason?
