How to add a calendar to show client's request

In our 2016 SharePoint site portal, we have a Submit a request form (list) that clients can submit their request. I want to add a calendar there, so the clients can check when they submit their request and follow up it. How to achieve this?

    Hi @Leung1975 ,
    You can create a calendar view inside the list.

    Here are steps:

    1. Creat new view->Choose calendar view
    2. Choose the Begin、End and Titles options you want.
