How to add a calendar to show client's request

In our 2016 SharePoint site portal, we have a Submit a request form (list) that clients can submit their request. I want to add a calendar there, so the clients can check when they submit their request and follow up it. How to achieve this?

You can create a calendar view inside the list.

Here are steps:

Creat new view->Choose calendar view
Choose the Begin、End and Titles options you want.

Thank you, HaoyanXue. I am able to create a calendar view inside the list. But the requirements are, to make the calendar be the page after the clients submitting a request from SharePoint form (list) , i.e. after submitting a request ( form/list), the client gets to the page of his/her own calendar. The clients can see the calendar of ONLY their requests (if they have more than one), not a calendar that contains all of the requests from other clients. We also want a calendar for Admin staff that contain all the requests.

Here are steps:

Creat new view->Choose calendar view

Click make this the default view

Choose the Begin、End and Titles options you want.

Add a filter(Created By is equal to ME)->OK

Everyone can only see the calendar view created by themselves (The demonstration effect is as follows).

Create a personal calendar view with an administrator account without additional filters, you can see the admin calendar including all requests only from the admin account.

Thank you again, HaoyanXue. Is there a way for the site admin to create the calendar view for every client that the client can only see the calendar view with their requests but not other's? We have 200 + clients, many of them are lack of skill to create their own calendar view. Any suggestion?

The operation steps given in the second time can realize that the site admin only needs to create a publish calendar view with filter once, and each client logging in with his own account can only see his own calendar view and its requests, and cannot see other client's requests. It can display different effects on everyone's page.
Admins who want to see only their requests from everyone can create a personal calendar view without additional filters by using an admin account.
