    According to the screenshot, I think you cannot access the SQL Analysis Services Server (SSAS).
    You can open Event viewer on your SQL Server and see the following error in the Application folder ：

    Please the following steps:

    1)Go to SharePoint Central Administration >> click "Manage service applications"
    2)On Manage service applications page, select "Project Server Service Application">>select the Project Web App Instance, then click "Manage" option

    3)Click “OLAP Database Management” >> select the OLAP Database Instance and click "Build Now" button
