Blank screen on video call. You have to click pin them to appear.

Teams creates blank light grey screen instead of video on M1 Mac. Where a video should play i just see a blank screem. To see the caller i have to pin them.

    Hi @judge Judy

    • Kindly confirm if you are using a corporate wifi or personal , a corporate wifi can block videos in call , Try using the Video call on both network and check results.
    • Blank screen also possible due to slow connection.
