Sideloading app is not getting updated validDomains

Hi,
I have a microsoft teams bot with a working OAuth flow with the following in validDomains of the app: token.botframework.com login.microsoftonline.com mywebsitedomain.com
For testing, I removed all domains from validDomains, uninstalled my app, then sideloaded my app again with the updated manifest. However, I am still able to click the sign in button and open the OAuth pop-up even though mywebsitedomain has been removed.
May someone help investigate or explain why this is happening?
