A simpler solution may be to add a line to the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file, something like
127.0.0.1 google.com

hi i am trying to figure out why my windows 10 pro firewall is not working correctly i am trying to block a website that my anti virus is not blocking it i ran a total virus scan on the website and it say its a dangerous website and my windows defender is not block it so i am trying to do it by my self through my fire wall by watching a youtube video say you have to block a website by your firewall i did everything as it say in the video and it still refuse to block the website i don't know if i am doing it wrong or it can't block the site i need some help
