AZ900 exam already finishded and accidentally cancel

I already take the exam and while reviewing my answers I accidentally cancelled it without proper exit how can i view if i got passed or failed or if my exam is recorded or not?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
