Cannot validate vault credentials

Hi,

I am testing out MARS on a Vmware machine and whenever I try to validate vault credentials I am getting error ID 34513. I have tried several things as per this article (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-mars-troubleshoot) but I am still getting stuck. Can someone help me out please? Thanks

I understand you're unable to validate your vault credentials on your VMware machine.

Are you trying to install MARS agent on your VMware host or on a VM?

Could you please verify the version of MARS agent installed on the machine?

Latest version being 2.0.9249.0. Download latest version of MARS agent, might help resolve the issue.
