How to Migrate 100-200 Users from Workgroup to Azure AD

Hi,

In my Case, Have 100-200 Workstation in Workgroup. Need to join all workstation in Azure AD and User profile data and setting also need to be migrated into Azure AD User login profile.

Any method to achieve this without any loss?

    For local user profile backup just check some third party tools to migrate the data or can use secure copy commands to transfer the data between the profiles.
