File download issue

We are not able to download file size more than 50 MB on app gateway V1.

Can anyone help me on this?

I understand that you are unable to download files of size more than 50 MB.

Can you please let me know about the following.

Is it working by directly accessing the backend ? (bypassing the Fire)

What error message are you getting while trying to download files greater than 50 MB?

Is there any HTTP response given by App Gateway?

In case you have WAF enabled, can you try to change the WAF to detection mode and give it a try?
