File download issue

We are not able to download file size more than 50 MB on app gateway V1.
Can anyone help me on this?

I understand that you are unable to download files of size more than 50 MB.Can you please let me know about the following.
- Is it working by directly accessing the backend ? (bypassing the Fire)
- What error message are you getting while trying to download files greater than 50 MB?
- Is there any HTTP response given by App Gateway?
- In case you have WAF enabled, can you try to change the WAF to detection mode and give it a try?
