Hi all,

I'm using a custom W10 Enterprise multisession image configured with FSLogix configured and also Azure File Share.
I created an AVD Host Pool using Personal and Automatic configuration.
Unfortunatly, users can't open and sign-in to OneDrive as the app doesn't open or show any window to sign-in. We can only see the disconnected icon at the bottom right of the screen...

Does anyone can help me to solve this issue please? Did I miss any steps to configure FSLogix with Office?
Tanks a lot.

    Hello @William Menant ,
    Welcome to Microsoft QnA.
    Have you checked this link?
If you would have used the marketplace image with M365 Apps then OneDrive would have been installed correctly. Here, I am guessing it's likely a GPO or something in the user profile container that is breaking it from launching/opening. Could you verify that you don't have any GPOs in place and/or anything in the users' profile that's breaking it?

Please do let me know if the above information helps? Tag me in your response. Thanks!

@William Menant this was a long time ago, but do you remember the solution for this? Thank you.
