Hi ，I have the organization of exchange 2016 cu23，Now I do the update to Ex2019 cu12，when I add two mailbox server and set configuration of mailbox like virtual directory （autodiscover）to ,SCP to https://autodiscover.contoso.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml , and then I also config the IIS ,default web site https redirect /owa ，affter this，tomorrow，some one says that there appears a winodws when outlook is running，

2022-08-17T14:40:56.253+00:00 I am doubt that ，I just deploy 2 mailbox server of 2019 into the organization about exchange 2016，the configuration of ex 2019 are the same with EX2016。I donnt know why the windows is appears and who can I remove from client ，and the same time I donnt want to do any change about outlook

Does your domain name match? Does the certificate contain the domain name?This may be because Outlook has found the autodiscover SRV record that is configured for the email domain. This issue may occur if you use SRV record, you could remove the record. You could use Nslookup to check the SRV records for your domain.

Additionally, I would like to know if the issue recurs if you select the " Don't ask me about this website again " option? Because one of the features of Outlook is to retrieve the Autodiscover configuration file, check it is fetching from the correct domain and accept.

And the same way ,I really want to konw the reason how it happen。
Buy the way，Retune to the question “ Does your domain name match? Does the certificate contain the domain name?” ，I’m sure the domain is match and certificate contain the domain ，it is an Wildcard certificate like *.contoso.com && contoso.com -

When using the SRV autodiscover method, you may get this warming.
Maybe it is feasible to remove the Outlook profile and create a new one. This thread may help you: outlook-2016-allow-this-website-to-configure-server-settingsBesides, as you said, default web site https redirect /owa. You may receive this warning message when Outlook redirects an Autodiscover operation from HTTP to HTTPS.
And according to my research, this warning should be expected and safe, it is just possible when you redirect. Just a redirect warning. If you do not want to make any changes to Outlook. It is recommend that you safely ignore or suppress it.
