    Hi,
Could you please confirm how did users remoting from problematic computers? Are they remoting from mstsc or Rdweb?

To enable Printer redirection in RDP, you should first allow printer redirection via GPO in target server.
Computer Configuration-->Policies-->Administrative Templates--> Windows Components -->Remote Desktop Services--> Remote Desktop Session Host -->Printer Redirection
Do not allow client printer redirection-- Disabled or not configure

After then, when remoting from mstsc, go to local resource and check printers under Local devices

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.

    Thanks,
    Jenny

how can user55 re-direct to their local printer and print out just fine, while user80 can't redirect to their local printer?

I tested User55 on User80's computer, and User55 will work on that User80's computer.

So it looks like a account problem? but i configured everything the same.
