I want to exchange documents via a home network. from one laptop to another it works fine, but the other way, access is denied due to not being authorized. Several Microsoft experts have checked everything but could not find anything.
Has a solution been found for this yet? Both are W10 pro.

    Hello,
There is no technical limitation in Windows for this operation.
It will be down to specific configuration for the shared folders, firewall of each computer or even the network.

Rafael. This has all been checked in the last two day's by a supervisor at Microsoft. Everything is fine, except there is no two way communication.
So tell me, what is the solution?

    Hello there,

Can the laptops ping each other?

Make sure that the Workgroup Name of the computers is the same. This behavior may occur if all the following conditions are true:

-NetBIOS over TCP/IP is not turned on (enabled) on one or more computers in the workgroup.
-The Computer Browser service is not started or is turned off on one or more computers in the workgroup.

This behavior may also occur if File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks is not installed or is blocked by Windows Firewall.

Check the troubleshooting steps from here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/you-cannot-access-shared-files-and-folders-or-browse-computers-in-the-workgroup-with-windows-xp-9db8b9e5-7c90-35de-a2ca-c3eede1ea026
