Linking accounts & Error CBE01

Hi!

I am trying to register to the AZ-900 exam and it does look like I have both my work and personal e-mails linked. However, when I am trying to sign up for the exam, the cost still appears.

Also, when I go into the "Exam discounts" and insert my work e-mail it shows " Error CBE01: Could not complete benefit eligibility check."

I don't know if I am overlooking something? I would be very grateful for your guidance :)
