Please i need your help on this.

We are having trouble adding guest users to a teams channel.

When we search to type the person's name it does not show up.

We are having trouble adding guest users to a teams channel.

According to your description, we recommend you check these location's settings to see if the guest access has been enabled in your organization:

1)Azure Active Directory admin center.

2)Teams admin center.

3)Office 365 Group. As you know, Office 365 group is associated with team, if the guest access is disabled for this Office 365 group, you cannot add guests to this team. You can refer to Manage guest access in Office 365 Groups to turn on the guest access.
