    Hi @Akane ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

    Please use Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter to uninstall "Microsoft UniversalWindowsPlatform SDK".
    Then, go back to Visual Studio Installer and repair the installation.
