Lost Access to Registered Application

My app oauth consent screen was showing unverified (despite having verified the domain), so I registered on the Microsoft Partner platform. However, in doing so, I can no longer access my registered applications and the production client seems to have disappeared (this is a live application). How do I regain access to this? There was no notice that this may impact my registered applications.
