Hello,

I run my own mail server. It is properly configured with SPF/DKIM/DMARC and I have signed up for the MS/Outlook program(s) to facilitate my message being properly received by users of msn.com/outlook.com/hotmail.com/etc. My server has previously been blocked due to activity from completely unrelated machines in the IP neighborhood (i.e., in the same linode data center). This tends to get resolved quickly each time, but now I've seen something new. An email I sent to a family member generated an automatic reply from staff@Karima ben .com with the title of the email as in the subject line of this question. But the content of the message was just verbatim the message I had sent to my family member without any information about what the problem would be or what the "complaint" was.

My family member certainly didn't report or complain about my message. So what generated this notice, and what action can / should I take to ensure my mail server maintains a good repution with with hotmail and associated mail servers?

    Hi

In your mail client you need to check the message header, if not displaying or hidden, it will be shown there, as it show all the processing the email had.

    Thanks

    Hi @JesseRM ,
Based on my search, the complaint you received may be spam. Here are two similar cases that you could refer to:
