I have an application that on the screen has a button with a click method... but I wanted this method or click button to be executed in the constructor when compiling the screen *by the code behind

Instead of having the button clicked every 5 seconds, you could have the search logic run every 5 seconds. Is it right for you?
You could try to create a timer with a 5 seconds interval in the constructor, then hook up the Elapsed event for the timer. For more details, you can check Timer Class (System.Timers) | Microsoft Learn

so I tried it but it didn't work it doesn't update the information automatically and to update the screen I need to exit the app and enter again without closing of course every time I change something in the interaction
