IIS Manager does not show Database Manager? Do I download it separately? Where?

I was trying to use the Database Manager in IIs as described here:

There are links at the beginning for downloading the latest installer, but when I go to those links I do not find anything about the Database Manager.

How do you install this thing and where do you find it?

I found this link that says the Database Manager has been retired? Even though the link above is from only a few months ago...?

all the documentation is recent - how could it be retired? So confusing...

    Hi @bobsabiston-4004,

    This is normal, some older extensions in IIS are no longer supported. Currently, IIS 10 no longer supports many OOB modules (such as the database manager), you need to look for and use other alternative tools. You can read this article to know the status of IIS Out-Of-Band Modules.
