Currently I have created a distribution group in the O365 tenant, the problem occurs when a sender outside the organization sends an email with the domain (msn.com) to the address of the DG. What I have been able to observe is that the error is generated when the mail is sent to the real domain address of the DG example> domain.com with NDR error and it is received correctly if the mail is sent to the address domain.onmicrosoft.com. The check to receive external mails in office 365 is activated Does anyone have any knowledge of why this may be happening and how to detect the bug to fix it?
