WSUS :- MS office patches are not install

Using WSUS MS office patches are not install for some End Point system OS is Windows 10 21H2.Remaining security & all patch deployed.
can help me is what issues

    Please if check some End Point system OS updates are required by these clients in WSUS console, as per this following screenshot:

    If they are required, we could check WindowsUpdate.log to see any error in it, which is located under the Windows installation folder at %windir%WindowsUpdate.log

    Hello.
    Based upon the information provided.
    That's using the 'Click-to-Run' installer which goes directly to Microsoft to get updates.

    WSUS will ONLY work for Office installs from volume license installation media. If it's click to run, then you have no choice.
