Certification Share button missing

Good morning,
yesterday I pass the AI fundamentals exam. I´m able to see it in the Microsoft certification page. When clicking on "view certification details" I was able to see the "share" option. But when clicking on it I was shown a "page not found" in credly. This issue happened to me before, at it seems that the credential was assigned to "xxxx@xx.com" instead of "xx.xx@xx.com". So I found a place in my details where I found the wrong email and corrected it.

After that, I try sharing it again but the "share" icon is not there anymore.

So there are two problems:

1. Certifications assigned to the wrong email. Can this be amended or will be amended for future certifications? *
2. Certification Share buttom missing

*I talked to Credly support also, we are going to add the wrong email to the account anyway in order to get the certificate, but I suppose I´ll need to see the share icon again.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
