Based on screenshots, port 22 is open correctly on your VM. Are you trying to connect ssh and not getting it? What's the mistake?
You can connect via serial console too, and access your Linux and check if there are any restrictions,

Remembering that usually ssh root login is blocked

It looks like your HTTP/HTTPS rules are correct. Try using network watcher in the IP flow verify option to see if there is not a conflicting NSG rule
On remote IP address, you can put any address from the internet, on local IP address you put the VM local ip
I do not see that section
This is the closest thing I found
You need to go on the azure portal on the web, search for Network watcher, and then select IP Flow Verify.
