VBA Code: Macro to keep blank cells white when conditional formatting is set to highlight duplicates

I currently have a Macro set to highlight cells with duplicate values. I can't seem to find the code to create a ConditionalFormatting to Format only cells that contain Blanks and change the fill to "No Fill".
