How do I add or change billing account?

Hi

I have a problem were I cannot add or change any of the billing account details on the 365 admin page. I am logged on with a global admin for the Azure tenant.

There is a blank billing account name and if I open it there is no details in it.

On top of this unless I use a direct link I found on the internet redirecting me to billing account page, It does not show up on the left menu.

Does anyone know how I can update or add a correct billing account?

    Hi @omoa-5239

    I would recommend raising a ticket in Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

    1) Go to the bottom right and press Help & support

    2) Type in your problem and press Contact support

    Finish creating the ticket and Microsoft will work with you to figure out your billing issue.
