Hello

We lost the ability to sign in to Teams.

Our customers have paid subscriptions (e.g. DHL, Amrest) and add users managed in our Azure AD, but we cannot sign in.

The problem has been occurring for several days, previously we could log in. Users who have open sessions and do not log out can continue to work correctly.

We cannot log in again. The message we receive is:

Error code: invalid_resource| AADSTS500014: The service principal for resource 'https://api.spaces.skype.com' is disabled. This indicate that a subscription within the tenant has lapsed, or that the administrator for this tenant has disabled the application, preventing tokens from being issued for it.

We tried to enable Microsoft Teams in the enterprise application configuration in Azure AD, to no avail.

Azure AD is under tenant 5e62xxxxxx8 that does not have any azure subscriptions.

Nobody from our AD can currently connected to Teams. Some users maybe using Skype For Business earlier, but Teams worked for them.

I Cannot really say which users who were authorized earlier can work with Teams until they click "logout" (or being logged out for different reasons) and try to authenticate again.

    Hi @IBN

I think in this instance it is best to raise a ticket with Microsoft 365 through the Admin Center (https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?source=applauncher#/homepage)
