additional admin in sharepoint site

Hi All

i have an office 365 unified group. the users use the sharepoint site of this unified group.
In the Site Admins(Microsoft 365 Group owners), i have user1, user2, user3, user4
In the additional admins i have user1, how can i add user2 to additional admin. When i click on Additional Admins-Manage-Add an admin- i can search for user2 but i am not able add user2.

    Additional admins for SharePoint site can only be users who are not Microsoft 365 group owners.

    Since user 2 is a Microsoft 365 group owner, this user cannot be set as an additional admin for SharePoint site.
