problems while backing up Azure file shares - recover a file

Hi there. I am unable to recover a file from a retention point in the File Sync Service backup. The same error happens:
"File Sync PreRestoreFailed- Restore operation failed as an error occurred while performing pre restore operations on File Sync Service resources associated with the target file share"
And the recommended action "Please try again after some time."
But the error has been happening for three days.
I have tried 4 different accounts on different servers and the same error occurs.
The backup does not have an error, only the file recovery.
Does anyone know if there is a problem in Azure, or what might be happening?

    I understand that you're getting the same below error even after trying from different servers.

    And the recommended action "Please try again after some time."

    Per this documentaion https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/troubleshoot-azure-files, this issue needs to be looked at from Azure backup support team.

    please open a support ticket with the respective team to investigate further your environment and logs.
