cannot enter the "iraqi" swift code correctly in the partner center

Question

the swift code for my bank is AINIIQBA when i try to enter it in the payout profile it give me an error saying no bank is found for this swift code, however i used a tool called burp suite to force my browser to get swift code infotramtion for the code AINIIQBAXXX and it worked it gave me my bank name and location correctly but the problem is i can't save the bank account becouse the code AINIIQBAXXX is 11 letters long and the payout profile can't except but a code with 8 letters long, and what makes me sure that the problem is some misconfiguration in the backend of the payout profile page is that the hint for the swift code says the swift code must be like this "11-digit number. Format: XXXXBBYYZZZ" but the swift code must be 8 or 11 letters not numbers.

should i create a support request in the partner center to tell microsoft about this.
