Different MS IDs in the same account

Question

Hi Support,

I have scheduled AZ-X Exam with my hotmail account with an MSID X. Later on, I have made another exam schedule for AZ-Y, however, that time I have linked my hotmail account with a corporate email; apparently, another MSID has been created and assigned to my account removing the old one as well as removing the AZ-X exam schedule from my dashboard!

Now, I have two confirmations for AZ-X and AZ-Y but with different MSIDs , yet the shown to my current account is only one exam appointment. Please help.
