certificaion lost from dashboard

Question

My AZ-900 certification data is lost from Certification dashboard
I passwd AZ-900 certification on 19 May 2021. after that my company change email from ******@th.ibm.com to ******@kyndryl.com. Thus I cannot use old email ******@th.ibm.com that I used to registered to take a certification exam & passwed AZ-900

Can you move old data from ******@th.ibm.com to my company 's new email ******@kyndryl.com
or please check associate email with Phansak Boonyakarn that have AZ-900
