Remote Desktop Printing Issue on Mac OS - How to resolve?

Dear Community,
I've got the following issue:
I use VPN to access an Win11 Pro PC and Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac OS
When I am connecting from Mac OS Big Sur (Mac Book Pro 2013) then I can see the forwarded printer and I can print for example from MS Office. But in some other software, I always get a message "can't write image - DeviceMode not valid".
When I log in from Parallels - Windows 10 Pro - Microsoft Remote Desktop for Windows:
I do not get any error message. Forward printing works.
Are there ways to solve these problems?
