My account got hacked

My Microsoft account has been hacked that is connected to my Minecraft account. Its been almost 2 weeks now I've had no luck with xbox support or mojang support so this is my last try, They changed the email to the account so I can't just use account recovery. I do have my transaction id for my minecraft account and still have access to the email that was originally connected to the account. (sorry i do not know how to use tags)

    If an account access problem then try resetting via the account recovery form
