You have been enabled for one-time Free Technical Support. To create the support request, please do the following as detailed below. It may take up to 1 hour for the free support ticket enablement to go through.
• Go to the Health Advisory section within the Azure Portal: https://aka.ms/healthadvisories
• Select the Issue Name "You have been enabled for one-time Free Technical Support"
• Details will populate below in the Summary Tab within the reading pane and you can click on the link "Create a Support Request" to the right of the message
Once created, please share the ticket number with me. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. It is exactly my problem that I didn't receive any message after deploying the "real-time endpoint" and after one day the endpoints page is empty yet.
More interesting is that I don't receive any more notifications or messages about this deployment!
Nothing happend!

Sorry I missed your message saying that the endpoint is empty, I think it will be good to raise a support ticket to check on the back end to see why your deploy is not showing, do you have a support plan to do so? If you have not, I can help you to enable one. Please let me know.
