Child account says I'm in a family, parent account does not.

Hello, so I have been having a problem with my account. I created a Microsoft account so I could play Minecraft on my computer, I bought the game from Amazon, redeemed it, and logged in to see that I’m not allowed to play multiplayer. My account is a child account and it says that I am in a Microsoft family and my dad’s account is the parent. But when I look at it from my dad’s account, my account is nowhere to be seen. There is no way to fix this that I have found, I have 30+ tabs open and am starting to get annoyed, and I have tried inviting my child account to a family through my dad’s account and another adult account, and every time it tells me that my child account is already in a family. I can’t leave the family because child accounts are not permitted to, my dad’s account says that I am already in another family, and my child account says that I am in a family with my dad’s account. What the heck? This is so weird and I would like some help please. If it matters, I’m writing this from my child account and I do happen to be under the age of 18 so Microsoft probably won’t care.
