Cannot assign number in Teams

Hello,

We are having an issue where we cannot assign "+457xxxxx" or grant dial plan or voice routing plan to a new user via PowerShell or Teams admin portal.

    Hi @IBN ,

    I have had a similar issue before with numbers not wanting to assign in PS. If you only have this issue with one user, try assigning the number in the Teams admin center. I have found that works when PS fails.
