Did you use work account to login to the OneDrive?
What’s the version of your Office, Office 365, Office 2016 or Office 2019?
I suggest you refer to Fix OneDrive for Business sync problems, you could try the “Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant” mentioned in the article to have a check first.
