How do I put my files in the correct places?

I have just spent a day reorganizing folder / files, I made a category for games, apps, images and all that then put stuff in the selected categories. I have just tried to open one and it says "no internet connection". It also looked like it (the app) can't locate certain files. There are red X's on files and onedrive can't sync. I'm out of storage so I'm not sure if that's why. But can anyone think of a way to put all the files in their original places (where they were before I re organized them? I'm on windows 10 btw.

    Did you use work account to login to the OneDrive?
    What’s the version of your Office, Office 365, Office 2016 or Office 2019?
    I suggest you refer to Fix OneDrive for Business sync problems, you could try the “Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant” mentioned in the article to have a check first.
