Azure Fundamental Virtual Training

Hi,

I have attended couple of virtual training for azure fundamental and I am always having problem when it comes to redeeming the exam discount as it does not appear on my profile when i try to book for the exam. I'm wondering if it's possible to attend the virtual training again and how can I get the redeem discount this time? Thank You
