Bulletins App in TEAMS - Can't View Published

The Bulletins app isn't loading correctly - I can't view the published bulletins.
When I click on the "Bulletins" tab, it opens up the manage bulletins capabilities page.
When I click on the "Manage Bulletins" tab, again, the manage bulletin capabilities page opens up.
I've tried reloading the tabs, removing the Bulletins app tabs from my channel. I haven't tried removing the app from my Team and then re-adding it yet... I am trying to avoid doing this as I've already spent a lot of time publishing my content.

I've tried un-installing this app completely from my Team and the bulletins were visible in "Read" format, but it only lasted for roughly 30mins before the "read" tab opened the "managing" tab. -

I haven't heard anything. But since 9/1/2022, we haven't had any issues. I will say - we had previously re-named the tabs when we had issues. After removing the tabs and the app completely, I re-added the app to the Team and the tabs and did not change the name. Since then, no issues.
