However, due to the message's characteristics, it may not have this size available in the region you are trying to provision.
Try provisioning in a neighboring region or changing the machine size:

Was your subscription a free trial? If yes, you need to change to pay-as-you-go Because this type of subscription has limitations.

If it's a CSP subscription, you can open a support ticket to increase your subscription quota.
