how to enable the add apps option for creating apps Intune

Question

Hello Experts.

The add apps option seems disable for users account in Intune. How to enabled it and what permissions or setting I need to check so that I can able to create apps in Intune.

checked the role in users ,application administrator and security reader are assigned role in users.
Do need to add application manager role for users so that user can able to create apps.
currently users can able to create profiles.

@Richkm , Thanks for posting in Q&A.

Based on my test, to make the user have the ability to add the app, we can grant the permission under "Managed apps" and "Mobile apps" to the user group. Here is the permission I grant for your reference:

Then the user can add app.
