snipping tool not working in Virtual Machine

We are having issues with out snipping tool inside out virtual machines for some users and have tried deleting and redownloading it. Tried the reset tried the terminate. I need other ideas on how to get this to work because our users cant work without this tool.

    Hi,

    What is the Operating system and do you have any GPOs or policies that block any exes? Do you get error when you run the tool from start run - snippingtool?
