Bing custom search: unable to execute your query on Facebook App navigator and our site App

We have recently started using Hosted UI Bing Custom Search on our website, it's working fine on all regular browsers, but it's not working in the Facebook App navigator or on our Website App made by a third party App generator.
We get the message: "Unable to execute your query. Ensure that a valid subscription key has been set up for your instance."
I search all hover Azure and custom search. AI and didn't find any parameter a any solution to resolve the problem or grant right to these application to execute the query.
If anyone has an answer to this problem, please help me.

romungi-MSFT 48,906 Reputation points Microsoft Employee Moderator2022-08-23T10:35:42.27+00:00 @Jean-Pierre Dubuc Based on the lookup of the page source of a hosted UI URL, it looks like the error occurs on a timeout when the search times out.
Not sure if any of the apps have restricted the call to the custom UI URL or stripped any of the headers or query parameters.Have you checked if you could call the custom search using REST API directly?
