Hi All
i have a requirement from a user to provide an instant sandbox. The user is using developer.microsoft.com but it expires after 90 days. i dont have any knowledge on developer.microsoft.com.

we have enterprise agreement with Microsoft, i have access to Visual Studio Subscription, if i assign MSDN Platform license to the user. can he setup his own tenant and perform what he was doing in developer.microsoft.com or is there any way we have a cheaper license for this. let say i provide MSDN Platform license to this user and tomorrow other users of his team approach for this license, do other users can use this same license or do i need to assign MSDN license individually. experts guide me as i am not sure of this.

Using a Free developer tenant is the best option here.
You can have the user sign up for Visual Studio Dev Essentials here: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/dev-essentials/
They have a Microsoft 365 tenant with 25 * E5 licenses and autogenerated user accounts. The tenant get auto-renewed every 90 days.

The developer tenant is renewed every 90 days, as long as it is being used frequently for development purposes e.g. it hasn't become dormant.
I would recommend using the developer program, otherwise you will be paying the usual costs for a Microsoft 365 tenant.
