Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A platform. I can understand you don't want to change a lot. If you are good with the current product exprience and there is no other product connected to QnA maker, you can stay with QnA maker. But in case some related product turn to support Question Answering with new updates releasing, there may be some issues. This is one of the forseen risk for me.

I will high recommend you to read te guidance first to check if the migration is a big project for you. From personal feeling, I think the Questions Answering migration is not that complicated and worth to have a try.
