Just in case people were wondering, I decided to make a lab and test it.

I created a storage space (simple 2x 1TB disks setup as mirror) in Windows 10 on which I added files and directories. I removed the OS disk and installed Windows Server 2022 evaluation version. The windows server identified the pool and I was able to import it without any data loss.

I will eventually transfer my "Production" so to speak with more a complex storage space (7 disks with different sizes setup as mirror) to Windows Server 2022. I will update the result in this post.
