Upon completing certificate request in IIS 10, the SSL certificate will disappear if I navigate away or refresh the page.

I was following the directions from GoDaddy (here) to install our SSL certificate, and when I select the action 'Complete Certificate Request', the wizard pops up, everything works fine, and the new certificate is listed on the Server Certificates page. Once I navigate away from this page, however, the certificate disappears from the list.

How can I get this to stop disappearing from the list?

    Hi @ic_kelley ,

If the server does not have a private key associated with the imported certificate, the certificate disappears on refresh. You can try to solve this problem by following steps in this link.

Also, there is a nice blog post about server certificate disappearing in IIS after installation, you can read it.
