Hi @Wenyan Zhang (Shanghai Wicresoft Co,.Ltd.) , we decided to drop support for devices which don't support iOS 12, so issue is solved.
iOS app with deployment target 9 can't install on 9.3.5

Hi,
We have Xamarin.Forms app which still supports older devices with iOS 9.3.5. I have deployment target set to 9.0 in info.plist, but when trying to install app I get error message saying that this app is not compatible with the device.
Any ideas? Thanks.

You archive an ipa and try to install this app to your iOS9.3.5 physical device, right? You could try to check if your device ID is included in your provisioning profile. Xcode 11 was the last version to support iOS 8/9 simulators, and only when running on macOS 10.14.x. So may I ask your MacOS version, Xcode version, VS version and Xamarin version? Are there any other errors when you debug the app on your device? As noted in the Q&A FAQ: How to write a quality question
If you are using a later version of Xcode, VS and SDKs, the current requirement for iOS is to build apps as 64-bit, the devices with iOS 9.3.5 are extremely out of date and unsupported by Apple. iOS 10 was the last version of iOS to run 32-bit apps. As of iOS 11, all 32-bit apps installed on device will not launch.
